User guide

The product should be documented around the tasks users repeat most often.

Profiles

Create global, device-specific, and app-specific profiles. Keep a simple default profile and add overrides only where needed.

Buttons and gestures

Assign clicks, hold actions, drag gestures, shortcuts, app commands, scripts, URLs, and media controls.

Macros

Combine key sequences, pauses, app launch, shell scripts, and URLs into repeatable actions with clear names.

Cloud sync

Sync profile settings and template installs between Macs. Raw mouse event streams remain local and are not uploaded.

Templates

Install official templates for popular mice and workflows, then duplicate them before making heavy edits.

Troubleshooting

Recheck macOS permissions, restart the app after permission changes, then use account recovery if activation fails.

Support checklist

When something feels wrong, capture the smallest useful set of details before sending feedback.

Include these details

  • macOS version and Mac model.
  • Mouse model and connection type.
  • The app profile where the problem occurs.
  • Whether Accessibility and Input Monitoring are enabled.
  • What action was expected and what actually happened.
