Refund and cancellation policy.

Mac Mouse offers a 7-day trial so users can test device compatibility before paying. Purchases and subscriptions are managed through Paddle.

Trial and first purchase refunds

The 7-day trial is the main compatibility window. If a first purchase cannot be used because Mac Mouse does not work with your supported macOS version or mouse setup, contact support with purchase email, macOS version, mouse model, and issue details.

Refund requests are generally considered within 14 days of the first purchase when there is a clear compatibility, duplicate purchase, or billing error. Refunds for abuse, repeated purchases, or policy misuse may be declined.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Pro Cloud and Team subscriptions can be cancelled from the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid cloud features normally remains available until the current paid billing period ends.

Refunds for subscription renewals are reviewed case by case. Team seat changes, failed payment recovery, and invoice corrections should be managed through the account page and Paddle portal.

What happens after a refund

Refunded licenses may be deactivated, subscription entitlements may be removed, and cloud sync access may be downgraded. Local exported profiles remain yours, but paid cloud services and paid template access can stop after refund processing.
